Ecosystems of transformation
In addition to the training and capacity-building processes in our leaders, we have dedicated part of our work to contributing to the change of power relations and the generation of social conditions that allow service, impact and capacity leaderships; stop being the exception and become the rule. We believe that the most effective way to achieve the changes that regions in conditions of exclusion need, we must generate ecosystems (basic conditions and relationships) to trigger collective solutions, innovative and consistent with the challenges facing their own territories. In this way, we have designed a series of programs that strengthen capacities from the collective perspective, but also create the conditions (the ecosystem) to generate authentic and legitimate transformation processes, through leadership.
