"For me Visible Hands means routes of knowledge so that leadership, transformation, and empowerment actions enhance the territories"

Fernando Palacios, Pacific Power Leader and adviser to the Ministry of National Education

Internship Program - Pacific Connection

Since 2013, Visible Hands has been betting on the formation and connection of the leaders of the Pacific region with its Pacific Power strategy. As a result of this trajectory, the Internship Program - Pacific Connection emerged in 2016, which not only seeks to strengthen the capacities of our leaders in the region. Rather, it directly points to your empowerment through a professional, practical and real experience. In this way, we not only connect the opportunities with the existing capacities in the region, but we create links that allow us to enhance the leadership trajectories of our young people and, in turn, nurture the visions and scenarios of the entities that receive this talent.

The Pacific Connection Practices Program is a concrete commitment to the effective inclusion of our leaders so that they transform their territories and build from the power of diversity, a new narrative about the region, both in the entities to which they come to share their experiences like in the cities that receive them. This is why we call this generation: #PacificAmbassadors/#EmbajadoresdelPacífico
