DALE is the call to action for this generation of leaders who today have in their hands the opportunity and the responsibility to give future to their ideas, their dreams to their territories. The future is creative, diverse, innovative and collaborative. A future that we are proud of, because we are building it with our own hands.

The DALE Program (Autonomous Development - Effective Leadership) is a training initiative in development management, focused on young community leaders who impact and generate social transformations in contexts of exclusion. It aims to strengthen knowledge on specific topics such as project management, cultural management, communications strategy, law, economics and cultural identity; which will contribute to their personal and community development processes.

This program has been carried out since 2013 and by 2019 it managed to graduate more than 10 generations from five municipalities: Cali, Medellín, Quibdó, Buenaventura and Tumaco.
