What Does the Program Entail?
D.A.L.E. (Desarrollo Autónomo Liderazgo Efectivo - Autonomous Development of Effective Leadership), is a program focused on young leaders (both male and female) from the Colombian Pacific and urban centers with a substantial presence of ethnic populations who are putting forward their own social processes or who belong to community organizations that impact and generate social transformation. D.A.L.E. aims to strengthen personal and collective knowledge on specific topics related to the management of social development such as project preparation, cultural management, communications, law, economics, cultural identity and innovation, among others.
