"“The Pacific in many ways is an extraordinary area with the impressive potential to develop, but there are also many wasted aspects and it’s necessary to work hard to realize that potential in different areas.”
The Laboratory of Political Innovation for Peace (LPIP), is a program that seeks to strengthen the capacities of a definitive change in the construction of peacebuilding and effective inclusion, such as public managers who participated in the electoral process since 2015. It can also be applied as a training and strategic model for current and future political leaders of the Pacific region and in other regions in the conditions of exclusion in Colombia.
This exercise seeks to provide elements to contribute to the improvement of public management in the region, in order to counteract the conditions of poverty, poor fiscal performance, and low levels of governance and transparency; through co-creation methodologies as a new approach to the problems that particularly plague the Colombian Pacific.
