The Pacific Power High Government School is an initiative that seeks to create a space for training and also to exchange real experiences, where participants develop and find problems and solutions in issues of government, management, public policy, and leadership; in addition to confronting their own ideas and initiatives with other leaders and experts at national and international levels. This program has been carried out three times in the past and in each edition, it has developed mostly in our three strategic nodal points in the region: Buenaventura, Tumaco, and Quibdó.
